Staff Recruitment

Why not join our Staff Talent Pool? – Fill out and submit a simple on-line form and we will get in touch if any suitable vacancies for your skills arise. The Talent Pool form is available by clicking here

We are always looking for passionate and innovative individuals who are excited about building a new 21st century school for our local community.  This is a unique opportunity to join an outstanding school and be a part of designing a new curriculum and building a team as the school expands.

Our staff feedback shows we have a team who feel trusted, listened to and who have a healthy work life balance.  The excellent behaviour of our students and our resistance to any unnecessary paperwork means staff can really focus on teaching and learning.  All of our team have a bespoke CPD programme in place and have a buddy in a partner secondary school with whom they share best practice, plan collaboratively and standardise assessments.  Our staff are offered a cycle to work scheme, reduced gym membership at our neighboring sports facilities and have access to convenient free parking. We also have additional holiday at the end of the Autumn and Summer terms to recognise and reward the commitment of our staff.

Our staff say:-

“It is refreshing to be able to focus on teaching and learning again – HVS students clearly love attending school”

“Coming to work at HVS has been the best decision I could have made”.
