We are delighted to launch our Year 8 Preferences Event for our current Year 8 families. Please CLICK HERE to access our dedicated Year 8 Preferences Minisite packed full of information to support you and your child as you make these exciting decisions about studies from Year 9.

At Hoe Valley School, our students select their GCSE Preference subjects in the Spring of Year 8, ready to start their GCSE courses at the start of Year 9.

The booklet below sets our each of the courses available and the course specifications.

A new booklet is produced each January for that year's Year 8 Preferences process.
