Universities and employers widely recognise the importance of students having a wide range of experiences and skills beyond their academic qualifications.
All students are expected to complete an ‘enrichment’ activity or qualification, in addition to their 3 subjects, while attending Hoe Valley Sixth Form. These can range from participating in community based activities or hobbies, or taking additional qualifications.
Through engaging in enrichment, students will have the opportunity to achieve a Graduation Certificate, as part of our Graduation Programme. This achievement will be celebrated at a Graduation Ceremony at the end of Year 13 for parents and students.
This will allow us to celebrate and recognise all aspects of students’ achievement here at Hoe Valley and also allow students to gain some tangible evidence to take to future employers.
